Getting back into shape is difficult work! That's not really headline news. I promised myself that I would start working out over my lunch hour once my kids officially went into daycare. They've been there two weeks and I've done nothing. I'm in my hotel room tonight and actually brought my "Insanity" workout with me. I want to do it, but I also want to be able to walk tomorrow:)
So that's my goal - to actually make it through the program. Any physical activity will be an improvement from what I am doing. I've never enjoyed working out, especially due to my orthostatic hypotension (practically black out everytime I stand up). I am soooo exhausted once I get the kids to bed and working out gets my endorphins going and I'm awake for HOURS. I would do it in the morning, but let's face it, I'm a mom and I haven't slept an entire night in well, almost years. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Just do it.
